We have no formal doctrine or dogma. Our one-hour Sunday services are open and comfortable, with music, laughter, and interesting talks.

Life is constant growth and change. New experiences are constantly being created, because the Universe is nothing but intelligence and energy at work. In my life, my thoughts provide the intelligence, and my emotions provide the energy. But all of it flows from Spirit.
Spirituality and religion, while related, are definitely two different things. I agree with Rev. Gonyea when he says that religion is compicated but spirituality never needs to be. "Spirituality is just our ability to feel the presence of spirit..." It doesn't get any more simple than that! In addition to Rev. Gonyea's podcast, I have also found value in similar spiritual teachers on a website called WisdomTeachers.com. Very interesting stuff!
